2006 Legislator of the Year for the Senate
is David Leuchtefeld, who receives his plaque in the State House office
during 2007 Osteopathic Physicians Day at the State Capitol.
2006 Legislator of the Year for
the House of Representatives is now a Senator, William Delgado. The
presentation is made at the Capitol during the 2007 Osteopathic
Physicians Day.
The 2005 Legislator of the Year award is presented to Senate
Minority Leader Frank Watson during the 2006 Osteopathic Physicians
Day in his office at the State Capitol.
Representative Beth Coulson receives
the 2004 Legislator of the Year Award at the IOMS Presidential Banquet.

At the December 6, 2003 Presidential
Banquet, Senator Dale Righter of Mattoon received 2003 Legislator of the
Year Award from 2003 IOMS President Dr. Gary L. Knepp of Eureka.
